Richard P. Nelson
President and CEO of Renewable Energy Components LLC (“REC”), began his career in the electronics sector. In 1995, he assumed leadership of Caritronics, Inc. (“Caritronics”) and continues to lead the company today. Caritronics has been a pioneer in supplying custom converters across various industries, including telecommunications, power, computing, biomedical, military, and aerospace.
Leadership
In 2023, Mr. Nelson identified an opportunity in the renewable energy sector and established REC, specializing in components for both the solar energy market and data storage space. Under his leadership, REC has rapidly positioned itself as a leading Solutions Company in the industry.
